Bhavesh Gupta joins Paytm as the new CEO of its Lending Business

The operator of Indian mobile wallet Paytm, One97 Communications Ltd, announced the appointment of Bhavesh Gupta as their new Chief Executive Officer of its lending business. He will be responsible for developing and expanding Paytm’s lending services and help the company create new credit products for customers and SMEs in partnerships with other banks and NBFCs. Gupta will be reporting to Amit Nayyar, President at Paytm.
