No es algo intencional. Las organizaciones hacen lo que siempre han hecho: enumeran las habilidades y la experiencia que, hist\u00f3ricamente, han permitido a alguien tener \u00e9xito en ese puesto y utilizan eso como criterio para seleccionar a la pr\u00f3xima persona que contratar\u00e1n. Es un proceso razonable. Solo que cada vez est\u00e1 m\u00e1s desconectado de lo que el puesto realmente exige ahora y de lo que exigir\u00e1 dentro de doce meses.<\/p><p>En Kingsley Gate, mantenemos conversaciones de contrataci\u00f3n a diario en m\u00e1s de 50 mercados. Esos criterios ten\u00edan sentido cuando las habilidades necesarias para un puesto se manten\u00edan relativamente estables a lo largo del tiempo. Hoy en d\u00eda, tienen menos sentido.<\/p><p>Pi\u00e9nsalo: Daniela Amodei, cofundadora de Anthropic \u2014una de las empresas de IA m\u00e1s influyentes del mundo en la actualidad\u2014 es licenciada en literatura. Adem\u00e1s, ha hablado abiertamente sobre su enfoque a la hora de contratar personal: no busca principalmente conocimientos t\u00e9cnicos. Busca personas que sean capaces de aprender r\u00e1pido, pensar de manera interdisciplinaria, desenvolverse en situaciones ambiguas y aplicar la inteligencia emocional a los problemas dif\u00edciles.<\/p><p>Ella contrata a la persona, no al conjunto de habilidades.
