Se dedica a la contrataci\u00f3n de gestores de carteras, analistas\/estrategas y operadores de ejecuci\u00f3n, principalmente en el \u00e1mbito de las estrategias de renta variable, pero tambi\u00e9n con experiencia en renta fija y cr\u00e9dito. Trabaja con fondos de un solo gestor, as\u00ed como con fondos de cobertura multistrategia. Tambi\u00e9n ha completado con \u00e9xito numerosas b\u00fasquedas de directores de operaciones y puestos de alta direcci\u00f3n en los \u00e1mbitos de cumplimiento normativo, jur\u00eddico, recursos humanos y riesgos.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Se incorpor\u00f3 a The Omerta Group inicialmente desempe\u00f1ando diversas funciones de distribuci\u00f3n e inversi\u00f3n para el equipo de gesti\u00f3n de activos globales y alternativas, y ampli\u00f3 su experiencia en Asia durante una comisi\u00f3n de servicio en Hong Kong en 2020\/21.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Eliza estudi\u00f3 Ciencias Biol\u00f3gicas, con especializaci\u00f3n en Biolog\u00eda del Desarrollo y de las C\u00e9lulas Madre, en la Universidad de Edimburgo y se gradu\u00f3 con una calificaci\u00f3n de sobresaliente.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
