Vanessa Damoulis, doctora, es vicepresidenta de Kingsley Gate.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Vanessa cuenta con m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os de experiencia en la b\u00fasqueda de ejecutivos en el sector de las ciencias de la vida, abarcando los sectores farmac\u00e9utico, biotecnol\u00f3gico y de dispositivos m\u00e9dicos. Antes de incorporarse a Kingsley Gate, Vanessa fue asociada s\u00e9nior en DHR International.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Ha realizado b\u00fasquedas en m\u00faltiples \u00e1reas terap\u00e9uticas y funciones, incluyendo I+D de alto nivel, asuntos cl\u00ednicos, asuntos m\u00e9dicos, RA\/QA, seguridad, comercial y mercadotecnia. Adem\u00e1s, ha llevado a cabo b\u00fasquedas globales de ejecutivos de alto nivel en el sector biotecnol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Antes de dedicarse a la selecci\u00f3n de personal, Vanessa acumul\u00f3 10 a\u00f1os de experiencia en investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo cient\u00edfico b\u00e1sico, incluyendo una investigaci\u00f3n posdoctoral en el Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n Scripps en Oncolog\u00eda. Vanessa se gradu\u00f3 en el Centro M\u00e9dico UT Southwestern y obtuvo su doctorado en biolog\u00eda del c\u00e1ncer. Es exalumna de la Universidad de Miami, donde obtuvo su licenciatura en biolog\u00eda molecular y bioqu\u00edmica.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
