I believe the most significant decision I've made in my life was to undertake a radical change in my professional career and venture into talent consulting. After spending a few years as a consultant at a Big 4 firm, working as a COO in the healthcare industry, and being an entrepreneur and General Manager of a chain of nutrition and aesthetics clinics, I came to realize that 'Business is people' and that, beyond intuition, I knew very little about this field.
With utmost humility, and with two children, I joined a specialized consulting firm practically in a “junior” position and had the opportunity to learn from exceptional experts. This experience transformed my life, as I discovered that learning is the big source of stimulation at any age. It also reinforced my belief that giving up or settling for being in the “comfort zone” is not an option. Moreover, I became a better person by dedicating myself to nurturing the talent of others and this is why I love my job.
