Jack is a Managing Director at The Omerta Group and operates within the firm’s Investment Banking & Private Markets Investing practice, based in London.
Since joining in 2009, Jack has helped to develop numerous global relationships on behalf of the firm, across both leading investment banks, as well as private and public investing firms.
His expertise includes advising clients on mid to senior level mandates for investment banks, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, private equity, infrastructure and real estate funds, as well as family offices, holding companies and commodity trading houses.
Jack’s portfolio of work has enabled him to develop an extensive network and a deep understanding of the competitive landscape within the areas he focuses on. This has allowed him to complete a substantial number of complex mandates on behalf of our clients across the EMEA region, the Americas, and more recently Asia.
Recent successful mandates which Jack has led include the build of a sovereign wealth fund across asset classes and geographies, the development of a number of nascent and growing private investing funds and family offices, as well as a number of Managing Director and leadership hires for the firm’s investment banking clients.
