Dickon Moon is a Partner in the Technology Practice at Kingsley Gate.
He specialises in working with VC backed companies across EMEA as they develop through rounds of funding or undergo strategic change, often at the point at which founders move aside or make their first senior hires post funding rounds. His expertise has seen him invited to attend VC CEO conferences and he is regularly called upon by the NED community to advise founders on their org structures as they seek to scale their businesses. He counts a very strong network of VC and PE contacts on both sides of the Atlantic.
With over 2 decades experience in the tech sector including spells in house running recruitment for the likes of Yahoo! and Betfair, he has also worked in the formative stages of a series of rapidly growing search firms, most notably at True Search for whom he built Foundation Talent in EMEA prior to its merger with the parent company.
Dickon is also Director of Rugby at London Cornish RFC, a position he has held for over 20 seasons!
